Isabelle has 15 years of combined experience as a licensed buyer’s agent and lawyer in construction and property.
Previously she worked as a Senior Associate lawyer managing a small team of lawyers.
She worked for ASX listed companies on infrastructure and property projects.
She has a Bachelor of Design in Architecture and worked at an architecture firm.
Isabelle is a personable and trustworthy property advisor and a fierce negotiator.
She serves her client’s best interests and aims to add value where she can through her real estate, legal and architectural skills.
She has been investing in Sydney property for over 12 years.
She has helped hundreds of families to purchase and sell properties.
As a Vendor’s Advocate, she has supported clients to negotiate selling fees down, project manage pre-sale renovations and presentation and liaise with the selling agent on strategy to deliver the best price, on average, approximately 5% higher than the seller was willing to accept.
As a Buyer’s Agent, she has negotiated competitive prices for her clients. In many cases saving up to 5% on the price the client expected to pay.
She enjoys bush walks, bike rides, yoga, tennis, reading, architecture and design.
