We provide support and strategic advice to ensure you get the best sale price. Our aim is to protect your interests.

This service is generally free of charge as we obtain a conjunction fee from the selling agent.

Objective pricing

Providing an objective and accurate market value of the property to help you make an informed decision, independent of any selling agent appraisals

Minimise selling fees

Assisting with selecting the selling agent and negotiating the selling agent's commission and ancillary fees

Agency agreement

Arranging for the review of the Agency Agreement and providing guidance on common provisions

Project management

Advising on and overseeing renovations and styling, assisting with variation claims and defect rectification.
